Applesauce Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tbsp applesauce*
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/8 tsp salt

* If using sweetened applesauce, cut back on the sugar accordingly.

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

2. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and put in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

3. Roll into cookie balls and bake in the oven for 8 minutes.

4. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
